Toot Toot's Boutique, LLC is a family-owned boutique in Longview, TX. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting monthly vendor markets starting in May 2026. Our vision is for our markets to bring together local makers, yummy food, and a community-centered shopping experience.

Vendor Details & Pricing
We have three options for vendor spaces. On your application, please list a preference. However, it is at the discretion of Toot Toot's Boutique on the placement of your vendor space to create a cohesive and successful market. It is also Toot Toot's discretion on which applications to accept to ensure we have a cohesive and unique market. Tents, tables, chairs, electrical cords, etc. are not provided by Toot Toot's.
- Lot Spaces ($25) - no electricity
- Awning Spaces ($40) - only 4 available and electricity is an option
- Porch Spaces ($50) - only 4 available and electricity is an option (these are not true 10x10 space as it will be 4 vendors fitting on our large front porch together)
All booth fees are non-refundable. If market is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled accordingly. All vendor communication will be sent via email and / or text. All payment for space is due the Monday prior to each market.
Be respectful to customers, fellow vendors, and staff. No smoking or vaping. No loud, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. Vendors' children must either be left at home of must stay in your vendor booth unless accompanied by an adult. Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Licensing, Permits, & Sales/Taxes
All vendors must comply with applicable state and local regulations. Sales Tax Permit required for any taxable goods. Liability Insurance is highly recommended for all vendors. Vendors are responsible for setting their own prices, collecting all payments, and managing their preffered payment methods. All vendors are required to report and remit applicable sales tax in accordance with state regulations.
Meat, Eggs & Dairy
State-issued permits required for the sale of all meat, eggs, or dairy products. All items must be properly stored, labeled, and transported according to state regulations.
Baked Goods
Cottage Food License required for in-home production. Food Handler's Certification required for food prepared outside of a home kitchen or for resale. Must follow all local food safety laws and labeling standards.
Wellness Items
Products must be clearly labeled with ingredients. Vendors must ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
Fresh Produce, Herbs, Flowers & Plants
No special license typically required. Must follow standard agricultural and handling guidelines.
Other Goods & Handmade Crafts
No food permits required. All items must be safe, clean, and appropriately labeled.
Vendor Setup
Setup: 8:30 AM (arrive no later than 9:30 and must be ready for customers by 9:45)
Breakdown: 4:30 PM
Standard vendor booth are 10' x 10'
We do not provide table, tablecloths, chairs, tents, electrical cords, etc. No early breakdowns. No-shows may forfeit future spots.
Prohibited Items
Profane, discriminatory, or unsafe merchandise. Counterfit items. Amplified sound without permission.
Promotion & Marketing
Vendors are encouraged to share event flyers and post on social media. Please tag us: @toottootsboutique
Vendor Compliance and Release of Liability Statement
The undersigned Vendor acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, regulations, licenses, permits, and approvals required to conduct its business operations, including but not limited to sales tax permits, food service permits, health department approvals, and any other required registrations or documentation.
The Vendor further acknowledges that Toot Toot's Boutique, LLC does not assume, monitor, or verify the Vendor’s compliance with such legal or regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Vendor hereby releases, indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless Toot Toot's Boutique LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor’s failure to obtain or maintain proper permitting, licensing, tax registration, or other required documentation.

By submitting a vendor application, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines above.
Agreement will be digitally confirmed within the application form.
