Exchanges can be made within 15 days of purchase if accompanied by receipt, no perfume, no smoke, and pet hair. Buyers responsible for shipping cost for returns.  Sale Items, Clearance Items, Leggings and ALL Jewelry are Final Sale.  No Refunds on Pre-Orders.

We aren't responsible for packages lost in mail.  Please make claim with USPS.
